Common Sense's AI Ratings and Review System
Common Sense Media has been actively developing an AI ratings and review system geared towards parents, children, and educators. The system aims to provide insights into the risks and benefits of AI, addressing crucial questions such as its impact on fostering a love of learning among youth, respecting human and children's rights, and its potential role in perpetuating misinformation.
The Partnership's Objectives
The primary goal of this partnership is to establish comprehensive AI guidelines and educational materials tailored for children, educators, and parents. Additionally, the collaboration seeks to curate "family-friendly" large language models (LLMs) under the GPT brand (Generative Pre-trained Transformer).
